All driver sign ups must be before the day. No sign ups at the event will be permitted. \u003cbr\u003eb. Please bring your own lunch/refreshments and/or purchase them from the cafe on site.\u003cbr\u003ec. The event will run from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAND\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ed. Last year, I introduced\u0026nbsp;a small driver charge. It is solely to contribute to the cost of breakfast and lunch for the Marshals and lunch for the emergency services. I’ve covered it in years gone by but it’s gone up from about £60 to closer to £130. I’m looking for £5 from each driver and I’ll meet any shortfall. Because the CarFest event is now so large and well subscribed, we need to manage our volunteers to ensure that we can keep things running as smoothly as possible, so this year will see us continue the approach to looking after the crew and we will be letting everyone know where they fit in and how they can help out.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlthough some of you will be coming purely to volunteer, most drivers have got a +1 on their ticket allocation and all these +1s add up to a lot of spare hands at the event. We all know that you don’t get a free ride when it comes to charity, so if you are coming to CarFest on a Bears’ ticket allocation, you’ll be expected to muck in with the team, HOWEVER, we are also conscious that we need to have FUN in fundraising. Because the CarFest event is now so large and well subscribed, we need to manage our volunteers to ensure that we can keep things running as smoothly as possible, so this year will see us continue the approach to looking after the crew and we will be letting everyone know where they fit in and how they can help out.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlthough some of you will be coming purely to volunteer, most drivers have got a +1 on their ticket allocation and all these +1s add up to a lot of spare hands at the event. We all know that you don’t get a free ride when it comes to charity, so if you are coming to CarFest on a Bears’ ticket allocation, you’ll be expected to muck in with the team, HOWEVER, we are also conscious that we need to have FUN in fundraising. We are encouraging drivers and helpers to plan some time off to enjoy some of the event (just not all at the same time please!) and also we will all look forward to the music acts each night.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe know that some people are tied up with looking after young children or unable to volunteer because of health, age or mobility issues, if that’s you, just let us know and we will make a note not to throw you a high vis on the day! However, it would be great if you could just keep an eye on the refreshments tent and hand over a brew now and again or dish out a few leaflets. Because the CarFest event is now so large and well subscribed, we need to manage our volunteers to ensure that we can keep things running as smoothly as possible, so this year will see us continue the approach to looking after the crew and we will be letting everyone know where they fit in and how they can help out.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlthough some of you will be coming purely to volunteer, most drivers have got a +1 on their ticket allocation and all these +1s add up to a lot of spare hands at the event. We all know that you don’t get a free ride when it comes to charity, so if you are coming to CarFest on a Bears’ ticket allocation, you’ll be expected to muck in with the team, HOWEVER, we are also conscious that we need to have FUN in fundraising. We are encouraging drivers and helpers to plan some time off to enjoy some of the event (just not all at the same time please!) and also we will all look forward to the music acts each night.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe know that some people are tied up with looking after young children or unable to volunteer because of health, age or mobility issues, if that’s you, just let us know and we will make a note not to throw you a high vis on the day! Because the CarFest event is now so large and well subscribed, we need to manage our volunteers to ensure that we can keep things running as smoothly as possible, so this year will see us continue the approach to looking after the crew and we will be letting everyone know where they fit in and how they can help out.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlthough some of you will be coming purely to volunteer, most drivers have got a +1 on their ticket allocation and all these +1s add up to a lot of spare hands at the event. We all know that you don’t get a free ride when it comes to charity, so if you are coming to CarFest on a Bears’ ticket allocation, you’ll be expected to muck in with the team, HOWEVER, we are also conscious that we need to have FUN in fundraising. We are encouraging drivers and helpers to plan some time off to enjoy some of the event (just not all at the same time please!) and also we will all look forward to the music acts each night.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe know that some people are tied up with looking after young children or unable to volunteer because of health, age or mobility issues, if that’s you, just let us know and we will make a note not to throw you a high vis on the day! However, it would be great if you could just keep an eye on the refreshments tent and hand over a brew now and again or dish out a few leaflets. Because the CarFest event is now so large and well subscribed, we need to manage our volunteers to ensure that we can keep things running as smoothly as possible, so this year will see us continue the approach to looking after the crew and we will be letting everyone know where they fit in and how they can help out.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlthough some of you will be coming purely to volunteer, most drivers have got a +1 on their ticket allocation and all these +1s add up to a lot of spare hands at the event. We all know that you don’t get a free ride when it comes to charity, so if you are coming to CarFest on a Bears’ ticket allocation, you’ll be expected to muck in with the team, HOWEVER, we are also conscious that we need to have FUN in fundraising. We are encouraging drivers and helpers to plan some time off to enjoy some of the event (just not all at the same time please!) and also we will all look forward to the music acts each night.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe know that some people are tied up with looking after young children or unable to volunteer because of health, age or mobility issues, if that’s you, just let us know and we will make a note not to throw you a high vis on the day! Because the CarFest event is now so large and well subscribed, we need to manage our volunteers to ensure that we can keep things running as smoothly as possible, so this year will see us continue the approach to looking after the crew and we will be letting everyone know where they fit in and how they can help out.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlthough some of you will be coming purely to volunteer, most drivers have got a +1 on their ticket allocation and all these +1s add up to a lot of spare hands at the event. We all know that you don’t get a free ride when it comes to charity, so if you are coming to CarFest on a Bears’ ticket allocation, you’ll be expected to muck in with the team, HOWEVER, we are also conscious that we need to have FUN in fundraising. We are encouraging drivers and helpers to plan some time off to enjoy some of the event (just not all at the same time please!) and also we will all look forward to the music acts each night.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe know that some people are tied up with looking after young children or unable to volunteer because of health, age or mobility issues, if that’s you, just let us know and we will make a note not to throw you a high vis on the day! However, it would be great if you could just keep an eye on the refreshments tent and hand over a brew now and again or dish out a few leaflets.
